Sky Racing's Lizzie Jelfs was at for day 15 years ago, but it was in a vastly different capacity to how she'll attend this year's running.

Jelfs was part of the team that prepared to a four and a half length romp in the 2006 version, but aside from providing enclosure commentary for television this Saturday she will also be a part owner in a filly engaged in the $3.5 million feature.

The -trained was a late inclusion into the field on Tuesday morning, and Jelfs is over the moon to be involved from an owner's perspective.

“It's , I just feel really fortunate to be involved,” Jelfs said.

“To actually be a part owner in a runner with a trainer who is very early on in her career is really special.

“I'm very proud of Annabel for being able to get her here in good order.”

The filly was impressive winning on debut at on January 2 before finishing a brave fourth in the Magic Millions when having a chequered passage in the home straight.

The two-year-old was due to have a run in last weekend's Group 3 Magic Night Stakes but Neasham explained a mishap forced her to be scratched on race day morning.

“Unfortunately, she slipped over in the wash bay about four o'clock in the morning on Saturday,” Neahsam said.

“She just took a bit of skin and hair off her knee. It's not deep, it's just superficial.

“It meant she couldn't take her place but she's absolutely fine, she worked extremely well this morning so we're very excited about lining up.

“Originally we were going to go Magic Night into the Sires into the Champagne, but the Golden Slipper is not a bad second choice.”

Queen Of Wizardry has drawn barrier four for the two-year-old feature with Victorian-based John Allen booked for the ride.
