“It's more of a food thing, I am pretty fit, but you keep training and try and do a kilo every day,” Stackhouse explained to Racing.com.

“I normally have a coffee in the morning, an apple if I am hungry then some boiled eggs and some protein meals because then you need to know how much is going into you.”

He detailed his fitness routine, stating, “I go to the gym, do a lot of running and then on the treadmill with a really high incline, and I'll probably leave the sweat gear until the last minute.
