Renowned trainer Stephen Autridge has adopted a “quality over quantity” approach in his stable in recent years, and it's proving successful.

Despite having just 15 horses in his stable, one-third of them are three-year-old fillies with their sights set on the NZ 1000 Guineas (1600m) at next month.

Autridge expressed his confidence in her progress, stating, “She has come a long way in a hurry, but we have always liked her. I think that she is a horse that will continue to improve.”

Livid Sky has had the least racing experience among the fillies but is rapidly catching up and will face a challenging test in her next start at the (Group 2, 1400m).

Another stablemate, , who is also in contention for the 1000 Guineas, had a disappointing performance, prompting Autridge to conduct an inspection to determine her spring campaign's direction.

Regarding Still Bangon, the fifth hopeful for the 1000 Guineas, Autridge maintains hope for her chances.

“We are still a chance with Still Bangon.”

Despite facing some setbacks, he believes all of his fillies have solid prospects.

Amidst the anticipation surrounding his fillies, Autridge is also about 's prospects.

He plans to ride her quietly, as she tends to perform best when ridden in that manner, and believes she has a good chance to make an impact in upcoming races.
