Surrounded by a lot of the owners involved in Revolutionary Miss, Peter Snowden spoke post-race about his filly and how happy he was to get another win under her belt.

“She's a tough filly this,” Snowden said.

“She's been the bridesmaid on two occasions, and I said earlier she ran second in the Blue Diamond and second in a Group 1 , and still not won that feature race.

“To win a Group 2, it means everything to this filly, and I think to these owners.

“She looked the winner a long way but just had nowhere to go, so he (Mark Zahra) had to angle out and get through that tight gap to get to that position, but she was good enough to pick up and get a win.”

Mark Zahra brought up his first winner on Super Saturday at Flemington with the win on Revolutionary Miss, and he spoke post-race.

“Prize money's not the same, but still happy to get a winner,” Zahra replied when asked it felt good to turn the tables after riding this filly in .

“I had to get her out at the right time and nudge Nunthorpe out of the way and let her show her finishing burst.”
