Group One-winning jockeys Josh Parr and Rachel King have both been ruled out of the Winter Cup meeting at Rosehill because of injuries.

Parr tumbled from after winning the opening race at Farm on Wednesday and stewards confirmed on Friday he had been ruled out of Saturday's meeting because of a medial tear to his right knee suffered in the incident.

Parr's book of six rides at Rosehill included Yogi in the Listed Winter Cup (2400m), with Glyn Schofield picking up the ride on the Ciaron Maher and David Eustace-trained stayer who runs for the first time since being unplaced in the Group One in April.

Parr was also scheduled to ride the -trained Quackerjack and Sweet Victory who are $2.25 and $4.40 favourites in their respective races on Saturday, while his other rides included Gentle Persuasion, Toni Nicconi and Dalmatia Prince.
