Shinzo has taken out the world's richest two-year-old race as Chris Waller claims his first ever success in the Golden Slipper.
It comes after Waller took out the Group 1 Rosehill Guineas with Lindermann early in the day and Ryan Moore booking his second Group 1 win of the day as well after steering Dubai Honour home in the Group 1 Ranvet Stakes.
If was a perfectly time ride form Ryan Moore stealing rails runs from barrier one and when seeing daylight replicating his effort from the Pago Pago Stakes the weekend prior.
Coolmore did see success in the race as Shinzo went on to score; however, the Annabel Neasham-trained filly, Learning To Fly was unfortunate to lose jockey Chad Schofield with 600m to go.
It looked like team Godolphin had the race cover with 300m to go as Cylinder hit the lead, but it wasn't be, as Shinzo powered up the inside to boot clear, leaving Cylinder and King's Gambit having to settle for the minors.

An emotional Chris Waller spoke post-race about his first ever success in the race, leaving him overjoyed and unable to full express the raw feeling.
“We haven't killed ourselves to win it, but it means a lot to us (with stable representative Charlie Duckworth by his side),” said Waller.
“They're all special honestly. I'm more privileged to be where I am.”
Ryan Moore bagged his first win in the great race as well, speaking post-race of the enormity even when riding overseas.
“Growing up, the Golden Slipper is one of those big races everyone knew around the world,” said Moore.
“It was always the premier race in New South Wales and I was very fortunate to get on.
“He won well last week (Shinzo), he's a very talented colt with a super attitude.
“I'm sure he's going to be better when he steps up in trip.
“We were lucky to get a nice draw – follow Cylinder through and it all went beautifully for us. I was just fortunate to have the horse.
“It all worked out and I'm lucky to be asked to come.”
