“He's really natural, he's big, he's strong and gives me a feel,” Prebble said.

“I galloped him last week and didn't think he could get beaten today.

“He's taken natural progression from his first to second run and if he takes another step again, he's going to be very to beat.

With the result in the Canonbury Stakes, Red Resistance has come into $8 as a second-favourite in the futures market and Kings Gambit has drifted out to $5 with online betting sites.
