has had a win in his appeal against a riding suspension with the Racing NSW Appeal Panel overturning his 15-meeting penalty.

The top was outed by stewards for failing to ride out Kentucky Wildcat in a race at on day, a suspension which would have cost him some plum rides in the coming weeks.

Berry took his case to the Racing NSW Appeal panel on Thursday and successfully had the suspension quashed, leaving him free to concentrate on Saturday's meeting where his mounts include in the .

He is also able to ride in the Group One Chipping Norton Stakes on Saturday week.

Fellow rider Nash Rawiller was not as lucky in his appeal against a two-pronged suspension incurred at the same meeting and will miss the ride on in the Chipping Norton.

Rawiller was charged with careless riding aboard Marnix in the $2 million Inglis Millennium and for breaching the whip rule on Rari in the -3YOs on the February 12 program.

He can return on March 1.
