Jamie Kah has taken all before her in recent weeks but she won’t be seen until September 23 after being suspended for the second time this month.

Jockey Jamie Kah won’t be in action for the next three weeks after being suspended at Moonee Valley for her winning ride on Shandy.
Star jockey Dwayne Dunn will also be sidelined for some time after he fractured his C6 vertebrae when his mount Shot Of Irish reared up at the start of the fourth race, causing Dunn to smash his head against the barriers.
Dunn will be operated on at the Royal Melbourne Hospital on Saturday night, according to the Victorian Jockeys’ Association.
Kah was due to start an eight-meeting suspension she received last Saturday at Caulfield after the last race at Moonee Valley.
She was again suspended for another eight meetings after she was found guilty of careless riding on Shandy at the 150 metre mark when not clear of O’Tauto.
Her new suspension begins at midnight on September 14 and she can ride again on September 23.
Kah is Melbourne’s leading rider this season with 11 city winners.
She rode a winning double on Saturday courtesy of Shandy and Bella Vella.
Leading jockey Mark Zahra was suspended for 10 meetings after being found guilty of careless riding when he was successful on Night Raid in the Atlantic Jewel Stakes.
He will begin his suspension at midnight on September 12 and it will expire at midnight on September 22.
Night Raid’s co-trainer Michael Kent Junior said the filly is being set for the Thousand Guineas.
Richard Laming was fined $2000 by stewards for a COVID protocol breach at Moonee Valley races while Peter Moody was also fined $500 for a COVID breach during the week at his stables.
