Magic Wand's win in the has lifted her sire Galileo to a record-equalling 84th Group One victory.

The Coolmore stallion has now reached the number set by his ex-stablemate Danehill, champion sire in Australia nine times, Great Britain and Ireland three times and France twice.

Magic Wand claimed Saturday's final Group One race of the at Flemington when she beat and Hartnell over 2000m, four days after running 10th in the Melbourne Cup (3200m).
