Godolphin has capped a memorable Victoria Derby day with Best Of Days winning the Group One Kennedy Mile.
Best Of Days relished the addition of blinkers to thread his way through field and defeat the 2016 winner Le Romain with Peaceful State finishing third.
The win gave Godolphin’s Australian trainer James Cummings his third success for the meeting after Ranier and Osborne Bulls saluted.
