trainer Tracy is hoping the rise in distance and addition of visors will turn the fortunes around of who is nominated for two races on the -Kensington program.

Miss Redoble is among the entries for both the (1550m) and an easier Benchmark event, also over 1550m on Saturday.

Connections of Miss Redoble are eager to get a metropolitan win out of the six-year-old mare who remains winless in town, despite having greeted the judge six times and amassing over $260,000 in prize money.

Miss Redoble produced an eye-catching run from the tail of the field to place behind Dame Kiri in a Friday Benchmark 72 event on the Kensington track on December 17 and Bartley is hopeful a win is just around the corner.

“Her run was really good to come from where she was as she wasn';t entitled to run third, ” Bartley said.

“We've thrown the visors on. She jumped out in them last week and really pinged the lids.”

“If she can do that on Saturday then she should be in the first four,” he said.

Bartley will decide on Wednesday morning which race the daughter of Drumbeats will contest, but the Group One-winning trainer is keen to see the mare step up in distance now.

“She's a lovely, big and rangy mare, who is probably looking for ten furlongs,” Bartley said.

“She's going really well. I can't fault her and she's on song for a win.

The Randwick-Kensington track was rated in the soft range on with more rain expected later in the week.
