“We don't put our horses under pressure in trials. It is race day that counts.”

There were nine entries taken on Monday for the Hobartville with The Autumn Sun rated 100 compared to the next best, the Kris Lees-trained Gem Song, who is on 88 after his last-start win in the Group Three Eskimo Prince Stakes,

The -trained Time To Reign and McLaren, from the Peter and Paul Snowden stable, are the others in the Silver Slipper entries to have won races.

Among the older horses, the entries are higher with 18 for the Group Two Millie Fox Stakes (1300m) for mares and 21 for the Listed (1900m).
